I got a blank PCB SM-G928F from authorized service.
When i flssh with 5.1.1 from Support I get an error, after that i root them-and repair imei, I have the IMEI, signal-but it can not make official update over wifi because the phone be rooted,
if i flash with 6.0.1 I have no signal, imei is 3580000000 and can't repaired because it is not supported repair 6.0.1,
if i flash this 6.0.1 with sboot from support-only logo on the phone and I'm spinning in circles all the time.

Hello.

Unfortunately it is not possible to write a Cert file without root at the moment.
On your own risk You can try to downgrade phone's firmware version to Android 5.1.1, then write a Cert file, using CF Auto Root for rooting.
if these actions will be completed successfully - reflash the phone with Android 5.1.1 firmware again, to remove root and then try to upgrade phone to Android 6.0.1. Currently no other solution.
