Hello.

To connect the phone via UART, You need to block highlighted pin with a tape/paper and use Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection.

Also, please manually select COM port of the box in Software.

Such issue can occur if IMEI of Cert file is black listed. Also You can try to write a QCN from another, correctly working SM-G530F (remember to make backup of phone's original QCN).

Try to reinstall FTDI drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...rs_2.08.24.zip). Try to use another Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection.

If You've blocked necessary battery pin, re-installed FTDI drivers and tried to use another Samsung C3300k/C3303k micro UART cable with 525-530kOm resistor for connection, but problem remains - try to use another box as UART interface.

Unfortunately reading of Cert files from Qualcomm-based phones is not possible at the moment.
