hi all somebody can help me?
i have try with more sw but the same error

Starting Write Firmware
Selected model: SM-M127G
Please disable KNOX (if it is activated) in order to avoid damage! Please, make sure the phone battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a "clean" PC (without any drivers installed for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during flashing!

Hello.

Try to repeat operation but don't tick the PIT partition before start Write Firmware operation.

Then send us results. We'll check it.

Also, send us photo of your device in Download Mode.
