Hello.

Most li*****, IMEIs from the IMEI Certificates files, which You have written, are in the "black" list of your network operator. Try to write other IMEI Certificates.

All QCN files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK ANDREPAIR/QCN".

To write IMEI certificate, You need to make Wipe Security before.

Try to write another firmware, then make Wipe Security, Write Certificate and write QCN. If the problem is the same - check HW.
