sm-n910g work only 2g band [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello octopus,
sm-n910g suddenly 4g and 3g band not work. mobile data icon(3g and 4G) is show.but cannot make call,cannot brows internet.all option work with 2g band. have 3 phones with same problem.i upgrade fw.write cert,write qcn.but no luck.may be wrong my repair method.so please help me step by sep to solve this strange problem.here log

Hello.

Unfortunately, we don't have solution for this device to fix 3g/4g. Did You try to set up APN manually?

yes. apn not problem.i cannot make call in "wcdma only" mode or "lte/wcdma auto" mode.when i select network band in to above 2 options,its show emergency call only. only work gsm band( 2g) for call.
