Hello.

Install the latest Software version (Software), write 4.4.2 firmware, make Factory data reset and perform the Repair IMEI operation once again. Post here full Software log with all of your actions.

Most likely, EFS is damaged in your device. Unfortunately, Repair EFS is currently not supported for this device. Try to read out EFS from another device with correct IMEI and write it into your phone, then make Repair IMEI.

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.9.3To connect SM-T211 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Selected firmware file: T211_Ready_to_root.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SM-T211 into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Writing RECOVERY section...
RECOVERY section has been written successfully.
Firmware writing successfully completed.

I need EFS backup , because I do not have alive device..

Unfortunately, currently we have no EFS backup for this device.

We have prepared and sent You test Software version to PM. Read out backups of EFS and Security from your device, upload they somewhere and post here links, we will research, where can be the problem exactly.

We have research backups. Yes, EFS and Security are damaged in your device. You should find and write EFS from another SM-T211 with correct IMEI, write it into your phone, then make Repair IMEI.
