Hello.

Such problem can occur if root method, which You've used is not compatible with the phone (phone firmware). Reflash the phone, then try to root it with another tool/exploit.

the flash does not take it even with odin FAIL. how can I recover?

You can try to do the next:
1. Convert firmware, which You've tried to write into *.oct format.
2. Try to write it via "Advanced Mode", without "hidden" partition (un-check hidden partition during the process).
