Unlock G800F S5 Mini


Hi, I've an Samsung S5 mini G800F locked by Canada.
I tryed to unlock it with the "unlock" button. All is good but it doesn't work... so I would write cert but I don't know where I can download it.
Someone has some ideas?

Hello.

All Certificates files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK ANDREPAIR/Certificates/".

I tryed to install al certificates files but I've ever the same situation...
The new manual says to wipe security but in the programm there isn't the function

SM-G800F is Exynos CPU-based device, not Qualcomm CPU-based, there is no Wipe Security/EFS operation. Just write IMEI Certificate. And post here full Software log.

Also, if You want only to unlock the phone, make Unlock operation, no need to write IMEI Certificate.

I tryed only the Unlock but however the 3g doesn't work

Select correct Network Mode, then try to select Network manually.

If I select network mode: only gsm, it works
If I select network mode: only WCDMA, it doesn't works

Try to make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition and re-flash the phone with other firmwares, no other solution.

if we write imei certificate would that change the original imei?

if we write imei certificate on g800f phone , would that change the original imei to new one from security? I need imie repaire for g800f . please help. thanks in advance.

After "Write Cert" operation phone will have IMEI of the Cert file.

Never. SM-G800F is Exynos CPU-based device, not Qualcomm CPU-based, it doesn't have QCN.
