Hello.

What is the IMEI in the phone now exactly by *#06#?

Try to write chinese firmwares from the Support Area and check phone's IMEI.

Also try to do the next: do the Unlock operation and without restarting (this is important!) do Repair IMEI. Then re-start the phone and check IMEI. Say the result.

Try to write these Security and EFS backups (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_k...ew?usp=sharing, https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_k...ew?usp=sharing), then make Repair IMEI, maybe, this will help.
