I think heat the flash ic with 100w light for 30 minutes and then flash. then everything will be ok !

Set Open Without Sim Card And Quick Press *01716*737381# Reset Your Phone . And Insert Your Sim. Open The Phone. Now Your Phone Is Ok 100%.........
