Actually, I have two Savvy by Andromeda
- Philip Savvy Service Software 3.1 New
- Philip Savvy Service Software 3.1 Old
But both work fine, just load the software, then connect cable to phone (phone off), then turn on phone (phone will go on TAT mode), then select repair

You can also use:
- Philip Savvy 5.2 by Martech
- Philip Savvy Maker 4.01 by Bartek
- Philip Savvy TCD SEC Works by PRO

Thanks to all... i solved the problem using savvy maker 4.01 by bartek and a cable with external power supply... and to the simple instruction from speed...

BTW, what causes the "call customer service" in philips phone?
