Hello,

I have Alcatel HH72. Device is detected via Your app, but it can not be unlocked.

I can not enter generated unlock code because there is no such option in menu.

Could You help with that?

Hello, if i not wrong the Qualcomm CPU model. and you play with Spreadtrum.

So, try calc code or direct unlock as Qualcomm Alcatel modem. BUT! This model i not get in hands and i not sure about all can be work, try test. The safe.

In alcatel lock not in nvm, but send me for me collection nvm + read info log.

select Alcatel_MDM and check imei calc then press unlocking button and use 10 digits [new models]

I not sure but HH72 need try direct unlock with selected option Alcatel MDM, because the Qcom CPU.
