Help Please with Suite - GSM-Forum

I have Octopus box with Samsung and LG kit. Why when I open Octopus suite do I not have the tabs for Samsung and LG like I see others have here????

Pretty simple question really. Can you answer??? When I update card it shows both LG and Samsung enabled, yet I don't see it in Suite. Is there something I am missing???

I downloaded the Ocotpus LG program and it does not show LG900g phone under the analog phones in LG. In the forums I see some have access to this.

What am I doing wrong???????

So what is the problem exactly? Please install Octopus Box LG Software and Octopus Box Samsung Software and use them. All software You can download from the official site: Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual.
