How to remove PIN Code in LT18i

Hello,

I have a phone with a PIN code and the customer forget the PIN.
I have tryed the Reset pathern, but no luck. The PIN is still there.

It is any other way to reset the PIN?

I can flash this firmware "LT18i_4.0.2.A.0.42_UA_WORLD.oct" and not kill the phone a remove the PIN? I say not to kill the phone becouse is 12w10 and I don't know so much about SE.

Thank you, but is not that PIN. I don't have any SIM in the phone. It is a password which consists of numbers. That lock I am trying to remove.

So i tooke my chances and i succeded:
I have tryed again Pattern Unlock, Unlock and no luck and finaly I have flashed the phone and it was Ok after that.
