Octopus Account and lt18i imei change help [Solved]

Dear users,
I'm a novice in these tools and I need your urgent help please.
My lt18i has imei problem and i need to repair it. My phone ***** now.
I have no box and anything.
In this page it says imei repair is possible without box:
Octopus Server Credits

So I downloaded the Octopus Suite and installed it. But I can't connect my phone because there is no credit in my account and I dont have any account.

My questions are:
1) Is it possible to repair IMEI with only usb cable on lt18i
2) If 1 is yes, how to do it (accounts, credits etc..)?

Your help is really apreciated.

Thanks a lot.

Thank you. I contacted sales and bought 8 credits and my account username is ready.

I just connected my lt18i with usb and tried to repair IMEI but program asked me to connect some points to GND.

Actually I couldnt understand how to connect those points. Besides that part in my phone is closed with plastic.

Could you help me to do this GND connection please. Sales told me to write in forum, so thats why I'm writing here..

Most likely, your phone is newly produced. Please look time of producing of your phone (look at label under the battery). If your phone was produced later than 12W14 (12W16, 12W18, ...) - such new phones are not supported by no one tool.
