This error means, that most likely, there is not original/changed security in your device. Unlock is not supported for such devices. Anyway, try to re-flash the phone again with another firmware and then repeat the "Unlock" operation again. Try a few times. If the problem is still the same, unfortunately, we don't have solution for this device at the moment.
