SK17i unlock testpoint problem

so i am having trouble with octopus suite when it comes to unlocking. it always hangs at the testpoint step, here is what i mean

anyway i do have valid credits for octopus but cant seem to get past the testpoint part with octopus software. if anyone else is having this problem and had it sorted, please any help would be appreciated thanks

Hello.
Please connect test point correctly accordingly to the pinout picture (press "Help" button in software) - when You do this correctly, new device Qualcomm USB QDLoader should appears in PC Device Manager.

does it mean anything if its coming up as ZEUS flash device? do i have to uninstall default drivers and update drivers to the ones in octopus folder?

Yes, You are right. Need to install driver from Octopus Suite folder.

ok so ive done that and have encountered another problem. i uninstalled default drivers and then installed octopus suite drivers here

and this is what i get after installing while phone is connected in testpoint mode

Im having the same problem, i restart the pc, change to another pc and it keep saying Driver is not intended for this plataform.

How do you guys fix this?

Please try to re-boot PC and install drivers again. Also You can contact us, we will try to help You remotely via Team Viewer.
