Member: 452892 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 104 |  SM-G935T Unlock not done and IMEI 00000000 [Solved] Today i tried to unlock G935T all work ok, but it stucks at "Unlocking..." then Octoplus Suite stop working...and now phone's IMEI is 00000000000 Please check my logs file and help me to repair IMEI for my devices I lost 210credit and Phone IMEI 00000000.... It stuck at this progress Code: Sending device information...28/11/2017 12:41:05 CH > OK Rebooting device... Waiting for phone... Phone found Firmware write started Writing Data... Data section has been written successfully Firmware writing successfully completed Searching for a phone. Please wait...28/11/2017 12:43:22 CH > OK Rebooting device... Waiting for phone... Please, install test Software version from the Support Area (v.2.6.2.1), repeat Unlock operation again and post here full Software log. Before performing the operation, please fully charge phone’s battery. Also connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don’t use USB hubs, this is important. The unlocking process takes about 10 minutes, please do not disconnect the cable and do not confirm / do not press / reboot any messages that appear on the screen of the phone during the unlocking process.
