and tryed with 2 computer wiht xp and win 7

This is strange, software doesn't see Octopus Card:

What devices appear in PC Device Manager when You insert Box /Card into USB port? Please make screenshot and post it here.

As I see there is no card and reader installed in your PC. You should correctly install drivers.

By the way
I had try on win xp , win 7 , and with my laptop there is no box install on it then it still the same problem no smart card found .
plz give me solution
