Hello, yes I try with other pc but same error i try with mudusa box and octopuss box plus I try on windows 7 and also on xp. Thanks

Friend got this problem for unlocking and repairing imei can give me a solution because I can not in any way thank you

Hello.
Please look time of producing of your phone (look at label under the battery). Phones which were produced later 12W10 (12W11, 12W12, 12W13,...12W17, 12W18,...) are not supported for Repair IMEI/Unlock/ Phone Repair via TP and USB cable. Carrently no solution on the market.
