Here in Portugal...

TMN ( all( blue or yellow ones ) ok except UMTS ones, the ones that como with UMTS phones )

VODAFONE - All ok when they were TELECEL. Changed to VODAFONE ( sim is red ) some can be cloned, some dont. Depends on their stock and your luck

OPTIMUS - All ok ( till now...)

Two virtual networks borned this week...i'll post the results after!

@ Crux: you don't know what you're talking about.
I have never seen a card from Optimus that cannot be cloned, even the newest from rede4 are giving out the KI. Same rule applies for TMN (except 3G cards), only Vodafone has been unable to clone if the card is newer than 1st half 2003.

agree with fontelense. I've successfully cloned a rede4 sim today. Tomorrow i'll try the UZO one's...got two to try! I'll post the results!

Cellis card Clic 2002 till 2005 prepaid OK
Cellis card ordinary 2002 till 2005 Paid ok
Libancell 2002 till 2005 Paid and Prepad ok
Alfa 1st card version 2005 was ok
no all alfa new version are unable to be cloned

To portuguese users : Can cards from "Vodafone directo" be cloned ? I assume it can't but you never know...
I have a Vodafone number i want to change from "Yorn" to "Vodafone directo" but i heard it was necessary to receive a new card and ask them to change number for the new card...and if can't be cloned it's no use for me,unfortunetly.

This thread helped some among us to avoid destroying more cards than necessary. If somebody of you has not entered his experience about a specific network that is NOT ALREADY LISTED HERE, please do so.
Please remember, NO QUESTIONS IN THIS THREAD. PLEASE START A NEW THREAD FOR INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS.

The Version of a card (V1, V2 or V3) is not known until you destroy the simcard. In that case, you HAD a V2 or V3 card. Also, if the Ki extracting program can't give you any pair at all, you have again a V2 or V3 card.
This info is NOT writen on the card (printed) neither is it available through a card-reader.

Only V1 cards can be cloned (almost 4 years now we have no success to clone the V2 generation).

Let's keep this thread alive and clean.
