A stupid question about writing Ki/IMSI to GoldWafer using SimScan - GSM-Forum

I wanted to test Dejan's software for GoldWafer, and programmed GSM_SIM.hex to the card using IC-Prog.
But when I try to write Ki/IMSI with SimScan, I never got request
to enter PIN position?! The card is always programming with requests of only Ki/IMSI but without requests for their position.
And a result is "Sim-card Error" on the phone.

What I'm doing wrong? I tried SimScan 1.21/1.33/2.00. I'm using Phoenix 3.57MHz. My comp is Cel950 with Win98.

Could you please help me?

if u use icprog they never ask for pin but if u use simscand they will..tq
