Alcaltel OT-V785 - GSM-Forum

Hi there,

I have unlocked a alcatel OT-V785 (smart 4 mini in Portugal).

It´s original vodafone smartphone offcorse.

In Portugal we have 3 network.

But this phone after unlocked with gb key work with original vodafone network, a second network too. But with the third network (and this network i want to use) don´t work. The phone accept pin and appear network.
But don´t do or receive calls.

Any idea about this problem?

seems to be imei is black listed in company that do not let you call / recive calls

so, no way to solve unless you call company to get clarification why the imei is black listed or change imei (if is not illegal in your country) using any tool that support that feature (if exist) as GBKEY do not release IMEI change/repair features according to law of country where we are.
