Can some kind soul tell me exactly how to unlock a doro 611? Using GB key 1.67. Many thanks.

The info in the above link didnt realy help. This is how I successfully unlocked it:
Select Generic MTK tab
select the Z3X serial port,
then I selected NEW Doro 611,
Direct Unlock,
phone OFF,
insert normal micro usb cable into phone from Z3X box while phone is off. Select direct unlock. Sorted

Correct process with USB is getting Drivers installed and after click direct Unlock connect USB cable to Power off phone.

process you did use is for Generic MTK, and it can help sure, but will not be helpfull with Doro 611 new and Doro 612 new. ( New Security), only USB will work

to get a complete post, plz post Operation LOG too in your posts or screenshot.

Thanks for that. When I mentioned normal micro usb cable, I meant a USB to micro usb cable (which, of course, agrees with what you say). Thanks for responding though
