Error Env. !!! (Error:5009) + Error Data 1 !!! - GSM-Forum

Hello GB Team,
when i want unlock some Alcatel models in Anroid tab , i found some errors !!!!!!!!!!!!!
after press direct unlock Button,some models appears " Error Env. !!! (Error:5009) " like:

OT-5020N
OT-5020T
OT-7024N
OT-7024W

others appears " Error Data 1 !!! " like:

OT-6040
OT-7040
OT-7041

Pllllllllllls how to fix this errors ?

check drivers if well installed, if still getting same error contact with support o skype

what's your skype ID ???

Br,driver is intalled ,for example :
i installed OT5020T Drivers setup.
but when i select same model to unlock it ,after click Direct button, not ask to insert USB Cable.!!!!!!

Just appears :Error Env. !!! (Error:5009)

Hi,

I think your problem is that you DON'T execute the software with Administrator privileges...
