I see that you do mix things here :

To check samsung Credits, you need go SAMSUNG TAB->Factory and check Samsung credits

to check GBKey Credits, you can go Config Tab -> Check credits

so these are 2 different types of Credits.

if you still think you did loose 1 samsung credit, you send us your SN, and we will give you full info.

All Samsung Credits have been refunded and payment has been sent to users paypal accounts
