Need some help with gbkey install

Hi I have been trying to install my gbkey for the last 6 months, I had it working on my old system and then my hdd failed and I got a new system

new system is HP DC5700 with 4gb ram

I originally had a 64bit win7 on this system and I couldn't get the drivers to install so I reinstalled windows 32bit thinking this would solve the issue but im having the same issues with 32 bit as 64bit.

this is the issue I have

when I pout the gbkey into my system it shows up as a smart card I then right click and update driver, I browse to my folder containing the black gbkey drivers FT2K_32. I select the rockey5 driver and it installs a USB token device. under smart card reader in device manager theres two items listed even though only one was installed it is called USB token holder.
but the most important part here is that under other devices in device manager a smart card is showing up as having drivers missing. I then have tried to install this smart card driver using the same folder as above but windows doesn't find the correct driver for it.

if I manually install the device using any driver its listed as installed in device manager but it has a yellow triangle beside it, now GBKEY will work but if I reboot the pc gbkey is not found error is display. I have uninstall the USB token holder/device and then reinstall them and then reinstall the second smart card.

As you can guess this isn't ideal and I would like to get this sorted.

yesterday I had someone teamview with me and they got it to the point where the second smartcard was looking for the driver they install it using a driver but it also had the yellow triangle. gbkey worked but as with my own install once I rebooted the pc gbkey no longer worked.

Im not looking for people to provide links to all the examples of other people having similar issues as me, because I don't think there is a similar post on here. with the issues im having.

thanks for reading this and if you can help please let me know

Support have been given to you yesterday in skype, and today on Sonork.
it did work, but seems not 100%
as we did understand from you, after each reboot you need reinstall drivers to get sw work...so please try on another PC, just to be sure if is your PC or is your scard reader.
