contact with support on skype to know how to solve.

if you are owner of the SN of post #1, so you know why your gbkey has been bloqued, if was because of charge back payment on paypal, and no way to debloque.
you will just need buy a new one.

if your Sn is different, just contact us and we will solve your problem
