Hi,

Phone does not starts up, often shows the message:

When connected to a computer, shows 15 partitions. Some can be opened as a drive, and the others are blocked.

Re-flash does not work, because I can not turn on the phone.

Hi

when your Phone boot area damaged you can not turn on your phone and your phone should be died.
Try To Flashing FW.
