Infinix X556 hot4pro not power on after reading phone info

After reading this phone information the phone was dead. All i did was to loose the phone then unplugged and plug the inbuilt battery b4 the phone now came up... Miracle team why ix it like that?

you don't need to that.just press v- and v+ plus power for 10 to 15 second the phone will power on.
