Miracle Box problems

I have never use any flashing box that is so annoying than miraclebox.
My main issue i have with this box is software update.

* Must it always has to be a struggle to update a box software to service customers phone?.
* Must we always have to install a working driver just because we are updating Miraclebox software?
* Must we keep loosing customers just because the software could not launch and the customer is impatient?

My suggestions to the programmer and developer of MiracleBox
1) Simplify updating. Make updating of this great software very simple. Users don't have to struggle every time they want to update the software.
If you will still go the manual way, give users 30 days grace period before the software becomes obsolete.
2) Automatic update. Instead of copying and pasting update every time or downloading the whole software package is very annoying, some times if things go wrong, it cause the software not to launch. If the update engine embedded into the software and during usage the update can be downloaded in the background, that will make it more friendly and attractive to use.
