If you send mail, you need to wait a couple of hours to unblock your dongle.

The reason why your dongle is block becuase of crack software or something malicious software in your pc.

Hello friend, you need uninstall the WinPcap, after check in /windows/system32/drivers the file npf.sys if exist then delete it. After reboot ur PC, and after do click in update dongle from last UpdateCenter v305. Your problem will be fixed.
By other way, use only last modules versions from here:
Zunzun key by zz-key.com
