my dongle blocked [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

sir yesterday i buy new zz Dongle SN: 86****D1
i download this zZKey_Suite_v1.0.8 & install
after register it by zz_UPCENTER
after i open zZ_QCOM tool it say Your Dongle has been Blocked
i upload by dongle_block.z & e-mail to unblock_dongle@zz-key
pls unblock my dongle

me not use any unauthorized monitor app, after update i open zZ_QCOM tool it say your dongle has been blocked for unauthorized monitor app

i dont see any npf name software in my pc & also unavable see in wincap folder or file in windows , hear screen short

Please check on th directory, C:\Windows\system32 look for NPFS.sys or NPF.sys, after that restart your PC and then update your dongle!!!
