maybe driver issue uninstall driver, reboot pc, install driver

Another computer not solved

Previously ZTE Kis Lite (Error: 31) [Solved SmartZ with v1.29]
but SmartZ v1.29 "Old Dongle Firmware Detected, Please update dongle. Current OS-29" get the error.
