1st of all, Why do you use this obsolete version? Download the latest version and use it.

Secondly - connect the phone using this combination: vol- and camera buttons simultaneously. You are supposed to feel that phone vibrates 3 times. Then wait ~ 20 seconds for ACER HS-USB Android DIAG to appear.

Did you try to connect phone using this key combination:

Press Vol- and Camera buttons simultaneously
Phone will vibrate few times
After approximately 20-30 seconds ACER HS-USB Android DIAG suppose to appear
