Alcatel 4030X backup restore - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have readed backup from my Alcatel 4030X before make direct unlock, now I need to restore this backup file, but when I press on write backup get message unsupported phone model.

how I can restore backup?

@ Bmt_HR,

Alcatel 4030X is not currently supported for reading backup. The file that Sigma reads during the unlock is intended for internal needs of the developers.

OK, thank you for an answer. Maybe you know some solution how to enter unlock code to this phone. I try all solution which i found on forum. Probably, I need reset phone!

Your assertion shows that not all of the solutions were tried

So there still exist at least one try (reset phone).
