Please upload security backup read from this phone to any filesharing web site and post link for it in a current thread.
Also, please sign what network provider this phone is locked to.

Master Reset current phone, Clear Data / cache via recovery mode, after that repeat Direct Unlock operation once again.

Phone is blocked. And it is impossible to enter the codes.

Erik_79, perform master clear/master reset via recovery mode. If that won't help (unlock code request will not appear), reflash this phone to some another firmware version.
