Alcatel 5020a unlocked by sigmakey - GSM-Forum

Hi, I was trying to unlock this Alcatel 5020a with sigmakey, but failed, saying missing response from from phone. Tried to calculate but the provider id is not on the list(2AVDAU1), Please help.

Use latest Sigma version, charge phone's battery, connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC and try once again
