5098O : Alcatel pixi theatre.... which is alcatel pixi4 (6) 4G/lte whatever.
A customer came with this crap that earlier tried to root by another technician & ended up with installing some auto app installer.
Performed a reset from setting & boom.
Guess what .. boot-loop.
Searched as my patience allowed me & successfully failed.

If any supporter can provide a specific rom .. i'll be great-full.

Try searching for original flasher / flash files on the Internet.
