I GOT the same error while unlocking mine 5033a from cricket.
Tried to read codes and to direct unlock and got the same error

Any hint?

hello there , i just updated my sigma to the latest version , big alcatel update , i tried to unlock this orange rise 54 , witch look as a TCL 5033Y , here is the log
