Which mode did you use? QCOM or MTK?

OT-4037 is MTK based phone model, but as it is getting serviced via ADB port "Android ADB" platform requires to be selected.
Please check detailed manual on the phone servicing via Yoda method by following this link.
Please notice that Pack1 activation is required in order to be able to use Yoda method.

So if yoda method is the only way this can be done why does it say the below in supported, it implies you can do it without the yoda method

Sigma

Root and unroot the device (normal mode or via CWM/TWRP)
Unlock codes calculation by IMEI/PID/SecFile

Sigma Pack1

Direct unlock (YODA method)
Repair IMEI (YODA method)
Repair Security Area
Wrong Code Counter Reset

I miss Sigma key when it wasn't crap and useless over priced packs

Codes calculation and rooting operations can be performed without Pack1.
Direct Unlock, Repair IMEI etc operations requires Pack1. As it is stated at the official web site.
