Barto_St, How to connect: power off the phone, connect the USB cable and wait till the diag port appears (5-15 seconds).

no firmware available for this moel .. i think i have to search for codes but Alcatel factory server is not working

Re-connect phone to another USB port, re-install phone's drivers and repeat operation. Phone suppose to be serviced via Android HS-USB Diagnostics AF02 port.
