when 'connecting......' the phone turns off automatically, and shows "QHSUSB_BULK" under the device manager.
Anyway out? i suspected it's having a newer firmware 'Date: Sep 8 2016 13:38:34, Mar 14 2016 20:00:00, 8909.gen'

uninstall all drivers and install drivers i mentioned above.

You have to install drivers for that unknown device (alcatel hs-usb qdloader 9008)
