What had happened to this phone?
What an issue does it has?
Why you want to Repair it's IMEI number?

Fully charge battery, re-connect phone to another USB port (directly to PC mainboard USB port) and repeat operation.

The main board of the phone has been replaced and we want it to be integrated with the serial on the back of the battery.
The operation was repeated and did not yield results

Important phone's firmware zones can not be read by software. One of possible reasons could be hardware replacement / flashing of different files.

what does it mean?
Where should I send it?

We used to FRP and IMEI without any problems. These were not problems

@ rezakeshavarza,

For some unknown reason, Sigma can not read the NV partition from this phone. That's why Sigma can not service this device. Unfortunately, we don't have solution for exactly this case.
