Any help unlocking Huawei Y530-U00

Hello i'm trying to unlock this model of Huawei Y530 with sigma box , but i cant do that?

Someone was help me how to unlock this model with sigma box , from support , or any other members pls?

cooloxf, According the log, this phone has already root privileges.
So follow the "Direct unlock via ADB mode (phone in turned on state)" manual from this link. Also you have a video manual here

Thank's but the phone is 4.3 and can't be recognised by pc WIN7 and WIN XP when is ON can't be detected and when is off is recognised as ADB

You should connect this phone in the POWERED ON state.

Did you enable usb debugging? It's important!


Try reinstalling ADB drivers, changing usb settings. Alternatively you may perform master reset / reflash this phone.

thank's it was my fault just hard reset and the phone is detected by pc and unlocked with sigmabox
