hi,
anyone have solution for unlocking this phone :
Benq Staraddict 4 (aka benq f5).
sigma can read it :

SigmaKey 2.06.03 ADB: Get unlock codes
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
^ ROMaster Composite ADB Interface

I think is just root need for unlock, but no one working,
i try V-root, towelroot and sigma root etc...
but nothing.

@ cls,

Current device is not officially supported for the servicing purposes by SigmaKey, at the moment.
But try performing following operations

Run Sigma Software
Select Qualcomm platform (from upper left side of the software)
Connect phone to PC
In case Diagnostic port appears
Select it
Run Get unlock codes / Direct unlock operation
Post log file in a current trhead

i try both get and direct unlock.
nothing because i can't root my phone.
i think just need root for unlock working.

Does Diagnostic port appears in Sigma Software?

Perform following operaitons:

Run Sigma Software
Select Qualcomm platform (from upper left side of the software)
Connect phone to PC
Select Diagnostic port
Press Get unlock codes button
Post log file in a current thread

i try , i click on diag port but not working , each time ask me for root (not mounting daig port)

but i don't found methode to root this phone.

i know that, but when i try to enable diag port on sigma , she ask me for root..
i try active diag port with other box , same thing . this phone need root.
impossible to root this phone, i try kingo, vroot, towelroot etc.. nothing ;-(((

As it was earlier mentioned, current phone model is not supported for the servicing purposes, at the moment.
