Motorola XT1756 repair IMEI done - GSM-Forum

Hey guys! I've bought sigma key, pack 1 and pack 2. Today I've activated both packs but I can't do anything.
I've traid to repair imei of a Moto C device (XT1756) but I've got the following message:

"You should activate required PACK to work with this model."

I've tried using another computer and device but I didn't get good results, I got the same message.

Do you know if a need another pack? or Can you help me to solve this problem?

according to sigma key no pack required to repair imei of Motorola XT1756

can you post your logs and proces you have done.

For sure, these are the logs and the process I've done to get this error.

Logs:
SigmaKey v.2.39.00
717714352 Sigma dongle 2.39, Initializing...OK
Pack 1: Activated
Pack 2: Activated
Pack 3: Not activated
Pack 4: Not activated
Pack 5: Not activated

SigmaKey 2.39.00 MTK: Repair IMEI (Moto C (XT1756))
You should activate required PACK to work with this model.
For more information visit sigmakey page

Process to get the error:
- Open SigmaKey program and go to the MTK platform
- Go to the IMEI option
- Serial Port: USB (autodetect)
- Select any device, for example this Motorola Moto C XT1756
- Write imei
- Click on Repair Imei

YOU CAN TRY IN META MODE IF DIRECT FLASH MODE FAILED

SEE THIS GUIDE ..(VIDEO)

-Open Sigma go to mtk platform
- Switch off mobile disconnect battery remove usb cable wait 10 second
- Insert battery, insert usb cable wait until meta mode port appear in serial port
- Go to the IMEI option
- Serial Port: meta port
- Fill imei
- Click on Repair Imei
