@ ALGUIEN,

Yes, XT912 phone model is supported for the Direct Unlock of (GSM/UMTS Unlock) operation.
It can be unlocked with SigmaKey without any issues.

Best Regards

Please explain in more details.
What is shown at the phone's screen when you power's phone on with not original SIM card?

Current phone model, XT912, has 2 physical Radio-modules LTE and GSM.
SigmaKey supports Repair of the GSM-module.
Smartphone after powering on shows IMEI number of the module that was started first. Due to this reason this IMEI is shown at the phone's screen.
In case if phone is powered on with the GSM SIM card and GSM-UMTS mode is selected, then GSM IMEI number (one that can be repaired) will be sent into network.
In other words, the phone sends to GSM network new (repaired) IMEI.

@ ALGUIEN,

Did you try to flash phone with highest available firmware version and after that run Direct Unlock operation once again?
Also, try activating GSM network using code #073887*

yes y try changing to GSM(prl) and it change but seconds later after searching for signal it change to cdma lte and I been searching and for what I have read its that this model is RIL locked I don't know what this mean but that's the main reason why can not be use it in US the phone is global so can be use any where but no in the US some people say that have to flash the radio but
I think that this model work almost the same as sprint phones that can be use only outside of US
