i tried with ADB unlock but not success;

@ iPhon-neo,

Try performing following operations:

Run Sigma Software
Select Qualcomm platform (from upper left side of the software)
Connect phone to PC
In case Diagnostic port appears
Select it
Run Get unlock codes / Direct unlock operation
Post log file in a current trhead

Don't forget to post results along with the log file.

how can I make ftm mode this?

hold down and power phone hangs bougues logo and need this driver:

USB\VID_1BBB&PID_D00D\5E9C747D

device manager knows driver :Rommaster adb interface and sigma not find this driver on sigma screen.
