First of all why are you using an outdated version of Sigma Software?

Important! It is highly recommended to use the latest version of the software, since it always contains newest updates and all known bug fixes for all supported phone models and features.
User will take full responsibility for their own work using the outdated version of the software.

For about current case, according to the provided data phone you have was already serviced with some other tool.
Currently exactly this phone can not be unlocked.

Try running "Repair security area" operation and after that repeat Direct Unlock operation.
